Meet Caitlin

Caitlin O'Neill, MS, RD, the CEO and Founder of MC Marketing & Content, is a dynamic entrepreneur with a rich background in operations, management, and business development. Her career began as a Registered Dietitian, where her analytical skills and strategic mindset quickly propelled her into a high-impact role. During this period, she played a pivotal role in scaling a company from a modest team of 20 to a robust workforce of 200 within just five years. This experience honed her leadership abilities and deepened her understanding of business growth and operational efficiency, setting the stage for her future ventures.

In 2018, Caitlin and her partner relocated to Chester, NJ, where she launched the Instagram account Ms. Chester, NJ (@ms.chester_nj). This platform became a significant milestone in Caitlin’s career, allowing her to connect with hundreds of local business owners and offer insights into effective social media management. Her guidance on enhancing brand visibility, growing follower bases, and driving revenue through strategic online engagement established her as a trusted voice in digital marketing. The success of Ms. Chester, NJ laid the foundation for her subsequent entrepreneurial achievements.

Building on this success, Caitlin founded MC Marketing & Content, a full-service agency named after her influential Instagram account. Under her leadership, MCMC provides a comprehensive suite of services, including content creation for businesses, events and weddings, social media management, influencer collaborations, and personalized coaching. Caitlin's expertise and innovative approach have transformed MCMC into a leading resource for businesses seeking to elevate their digital presence and maximize their market impact.

Caitlin’s resilience extends far beyond her professional achievements; she is also a breast cancer survivor whose journey has profoundly shaped her life and work. At just 28 years old, Caitlin faced a challenging diagnosis of stage 3 HER2+ breast cancer, compounded by discovering she carries the BRCA gene. This battle with cancer has not only highlighted her remarkable strength and determination but has also fueled her commitment to giving back. Caitlin is actively involved with non-profits such as the Cancer Hope Network and Diva for a Day, where she dedicates her efforts to supporting cancer research and providing encouragement and resources to those undergoing similar struggles. Her personal experience has become a cornerstone of her advocacy, inspiring others and driving her to make a meaningful impact.
